- Service
- Flowstem Desktop, a subscription to paid features in the local-first Flowstem Chrome browser automation extension.
- Price
- Desktop costs USD $20 per month or USD $120 per year. Free costs USD $0. Applicable taxes, if any, and the final amount are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout.
- Additional charges
- You are responsible for internet access, a compatible device and Chrome installation, and any optional third-party charges such as AI provider usage. Your card issuer may apply currency-conversion or other fees. There are no shipping charges.
- Payment method and timing
- Payment methods available to you are shown in Stripe Checkout. You are charged when you subscribe and at the beginning of each monthly or annual renewal period.
- Service availability
- Desktop access is enabled after successful payment and the related account update, normally immediately. A technical or payment-processing delay may postpone activation.
- Subscription term and renewal
- The subscription runs for the monthly or annual period selected at checkout and renews automatically for the same interval until canceled.
- Cancellation
- Cancel at any time through Manage subscription in your Flowstem account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and Desktop access continues until then. There is no cancellation fee. Cancel before the next renewal charge to avoid being billed for the next period.
- Returns and refunds
- Flowstem is a digital subscription and has no physical returns. Mail-order purchases generally do not have a statutory cooling-off period under Japan's Specified Commercial Transactions Act. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, fees are non-refundable after a paid period begins and no prorated refund is provided for unused time. We will correct or refund a duplicate or incorrect charge that we verify. Contact support if exceptional circumstances apply.
- Operating environment
- Flowstem requires desktop Google Chrome version 120 or later and an internet connection for installation, account sign-in, run authorization, billing, and connected services. Workflows and settings use storage in the current Chrome profile. Google and AI features require the applicable third-party account or user-provided API key. Current plans allow one connected browser and one simultaneous run.
- Application period
- There is no fixed application deadline unless a specific deadline is displayed with an offer.
